Jerry the best . Everyone I have sent to Jerry , tells me he was exemplary . But we all would come more often if there was beer to go with the popcorn . LOL . White Allen and Jerry Swayne are the way all GM dealerships should operate . The other local dealers were a real disappointment to me and with the luck of God , I called one day and Jerry answered the phone . I was so upset that I was giving up on GM AFTER 50 PLUS YEARS and buying a Toyota . So Jerry is the number one reason you have my business and a bunch of other old guys too ! Rachel was absolutely outstanding! I was nervous about purchasing a new vehicle and going through the entire process, but she immediately put me at ease. She patiently walked me through every step and looked at vehicles with me two and three times until I felt comfortable choosing one that truly worked for me. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. I cannot say enough about her kindness, positivity, and patience. She could have given up on helping me, but she stayed the course, and because of her dedication, I now have the vehicle of my dreams! I have already referred so many people to White Allen Chevrolet because of the wonderful experience she provided. I am forever grateful to Rachel for making such a big decision feel comfortable and exciting!

After having oil change and tire rotation and rear tire repair which I never received a inspection report,had to have front brakes replaced 4 days later metal to metal grinding,tire still losing air. Honestly I usually go to Erica service writer team but she was there and another service writer took care of me. In the future if Erica is not available when I come I will reschedule my appointment. This was not the normal service I received from this dealership and I am very disappointed.
