Two weeks later the same problem happened again and this time the video modulator needed to be replaced. I am thinking this problem my misdiagnosed the first time and I had to pay almost $170.00 then. I haven’t heard from the service advisor about refunding me. While I was there the SA was trying to offer me other types of compensation do White Allen’s mistake.Jo L
