What You'll Be Doing (Besides Becoming a Sales Ninja):

  • Engage potential customers with energy and purpose-online, on the phone, and on the lot 
  • Actually listen to what people want (radical, we know) and match them with the perfect vehicle 
  • Master the art of follow-up-because the fortune is in the follow-up 
  • Become best friends with our CRM (yes, it's watching you)
  • Learn the ins and outs of financing, trade evaluations, and inventory like a future GM-in-training 
  • Help create creative sales strategies and promotions that get attention (and get results)
  • Stay on top of product knowledge, industry trends, and what the other guys are doing wrong
What We're Looking For: 
  • Some sales or customer service experience is great-but hustle and heart matter more 
  • Phone skills that don't sound like a robot reading from a script 
  • Coachability. If you already know everything, we're probably not a fit 
  • Ambition to grow your career, not just your paycheck (though, fair warning: both will grow here)
  • A sense of humor-because this business is too crazy not to laugh sometimes
Bonus Points If You: 

  • Speak more than one language 
  • Are obsessed with cars, trucks, or anything that moves fast 
  • Can do quick math in your head (or just on your phone, that's fine too)
  • Have experience with inventory or CRM systems
