    Rachel was absolutely outstanding! I was nervous about purchasing a new vehicle and going through the entire process, but she immediately put me at ease. She patiently walked me through every step and looked at vehicles with me two and three times until I felt comfortable choosing one that truly worked for me. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. I cannot say enough about her kindness, positivity, and patience. She could have given up on helping me, but she stayed the course, and because of her dedication, I now have the vehicle of my dreams! I have already referred so many people to White Allen Chevrolet because of the wonderful experience she provided.     After having oil change and tire rotation and rear tire repair which I never received a inspection report,had to have front brakes replaced 4 days later metal to metal grinding,tire still losing air. Honestly I usually go to Erica service writer team but she was there and another service writer took care of me. In the future if Erica is not available when I come I will reschedule my appointment. This was not the normal service I received from this dealership and I am very disappointed.

    All were ready to cheerfully inquire, answer as soon as they saw me Service were direct, quick, and pertinent to my needs and services for which I came for Coffee was great Need some 2027 brochures in the waiting area The display room was empty - I usually do my wishful buying there :-( When done a service person came up to me to let me know when it was completed - good to know they were looking for a face rather than someone answering to just a called name LOVE IT!!!
