    I ordered a key on 15-Sep during a separate appointment; I was told it would take about a week for my key/fob to come in. On 7-Oct I called you because you had yet to call me. I was told my appointment would be under an hour (i.e., to program the key). I showed, for my 0820 appointment, at 0810. I came out of your waiting area at 1000 to find my car ready; I have to take off work to be at these appointments. I went to my car to find the fob in the car, but no key. I came back in and they service advisor had no idea, so she went upstairs. She came back down to tell me it would be a couple of more days before that piece would come in, which I would have to come back down to retrieve of course (you are ~20 minutes from my house, each way). It has now been 4 days since my appointment, but have you called me yet - no. I utilized White-Allen to service my Range Rover for 3 years and I have utilized White Allen to service my wife's Porsche Macan for the past 3 years since that trade, and I have been VERY pleased, thus I of course believed I would be similarly pleased using White Allen for my Corvette. So far, not so much.

    When I purchased my vehicle I was told 4 oil changes. I only got 2. I learned that "bumper to bumper" is nowhere close to "bumper to bumper" certified pre owned is a joke.

    It is not good practice to take advantage of customers. Having someone pay for a service they do not need because it costs more, knowing it will not resolve the reason they came. Then charging them again when they come back for the service they actually need.
