My car had an oil change and I needed a tire to be looked at. The service person said that the tire needed to be replaced which would be $234 which is a lot but I wasn't even given the option to take the offer or refuse. The sign says any purchase over $50 I had that decison. I purchased anyway thinking that I needed a new tire. White Allen didn't have the tire available and had to order it. I didn't think I should've been charged for something you don't have when I could've went somewhere that did. The billing people said they had to do to release the car to me. Which is crazy!!! He said I would have it by Monday in the afternoon and here it is the afternoon and I don't have it. I also seen a sign in the waiting room for price matching. I found that Sam's had the tire for around 40 dollars less and ask the billing person about it and he dismissed it and said Service handles that. So basically "It's not my responsibility" #1. I say whatever and pay the full price of a tire that isn't even on my car. I say to myself I will call the service department and fix it. When I call the service department and tell the guy about what happens he tells me to call back in an hour to speak to the person responsible for the account.(Jesse)"It's not my responsibility." #2 At this point I'm irritated. I have paid for a tire that's not even on my truck, a truck that I purchased at your dealership and there was no "Let me make sure he is okay with this from anyone." Now if you were me would you want to ever come back and do any type of service with White Allen again? My invoice number is 235266

    Needed to have a new battery installed. I didn't have a appointment due to being suprised that my car started. My car would not start the previous day (Sunday). Once the car started after making a clacking noise I immediately drove to the dealership. We live 14 miles from work and fortunately Monday was my day off. Thanks for saving the day... the wait was less than an hour .

    Had an oil change appointment scheduled for noon. I dropped my truck off before they opened in hopes to pick it up when I got off at 2pm. I showed up at 2 pm they didn't know if my truck was done I walked back to the pay window and could see my truck sitting out back in the lot. The guy told me he didn't have anything done yet and to ask the service person. I waited 10 minutes to talk and they said oh yes I'll check to see what they have left. She came back and said it would just be a few more minutes. I went to the waiting room and sat there until about 315. I came in for a simple oil change and the only reason I didn't do it myself was because I didn't have time to. So I figured dropped my truck off first thing they would have 5 hours to get a 15 minute oil change done. But nope that didn't happen so I had to wait on them. They only positive thing about this was I was able to get a free oil change next time I came in. If this next one is anything like this one I will never come back. Not even to look for a new truck or car.
