Polite, no-drama service. Reasonable wait time. He had my car washed! I loved that -Appreciate the Christmas card which is so pretty and has coupons. I had a coupon for this too which I received the day before. Staff lets me know what kind of service is due as well. My Malibu is now six years old, and my next oil change, I'll need transmission fluid update. I appreciate that so much. Thanks!

Employees were all very kind. Service was prompt and i felt pricing was spot on.

I made an appointment with the service department, they estimated one hour to complete the job, I waited, and it was done in precisely one hour.

As always Jerry Swayne / Assistant Service Manager was exemplary in his making the customer feel welcomed , answer all service question in a way that you understood completely , was looking after the customers needs . Most of all Jerry ability for you to know ,you can respect his ability to be for the customer ! Not like the many other Dealers( that I drive by QUICKLY ) who reality don't care . I have been a LOYAL GM customer for over 50 years ! Mr. Jerry Swayne is the main reason I keep coming back ......Jerry is consistent ! Try finding that in other Dealers .
